The heavyweight fight between Russian-Ukrainian submission specialist Alexey Oleinik (33-8-1) and two-time ADCC champion Jeff Monson (42-13) will be the headliner of the tournament M-1 Challenge 31 that will take place at Ice Palace in St.-Petersburg. American submission specialist will come back to Russia to prove that he is still one of the most skilled grapplers in heavyweight division.
